Privacy

The short version. This site is a single holding page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, stores nothing in your browser and makes no third-party requests. Fonts and images are served from this domain. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

1. Controller

The controller under the GDPR is Emilian-Vasile Cristea, Bunker Systems, Germany. Bunker Mod Bay is a brand of Bunker Systems. Full provider details, address and contact are in the group Impressum.

2. Hosting

This site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). When you open a page, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request metadata to deliver the content and protect the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in operating a secure website). Cloudflare acts as our processor under its Data Processing Addendum; transfers outside the EU are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Cloudflare's EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework certification. We do not receive or keep server logs ourselves.

3. Outbound links

Links to other group sites and to third-party sites open pages we do not control; their own privacy policies apply.

4. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under Arts. 15 to 21 GDPR, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for us the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA). Contact details are in the Impressum.
